Time Management (Dr. Joe Serio)

October 18, 2018 @ 3:30 am - 12:00 pm

Some people seem to have everything they want in life while others yearn for more. What do successful people know and practice that others don’t?

This course is about much more than just traditional time management and organizational skills—it shows you how time, organization, health, money, weight, and other life and career concerns are connected. Since any one of these has an effect on everything else, you need the help of a successful system that includes goal-setting, scheduling, priorities, relationships, and other elements.

Dr. Joe will help you create that system and teach you how to eliminate procrasti-nation, uncover the myth of multitasking, set goals, stay on course, respond when your progress stalls, understand the role of blame and excuses, and more. He also explains the surprisingly critical connection between organization at home and performance at work. You will complete the program with a highly specific plan in place to tackle your most important goal.

Who knew that time management had such an incredible impact on your life? Get the skills you need to have less stress, greater flexibility, better relationships, more confidence, time for your family and friends, and the financial stability you’ve been looking for.

Course sections:

  • Managing your time and self to achieve all your goals
  • Understanding multitasking and mastery for the greatest results
